Quality & Pricing Philosophy
Our focus has always been to create freely while continually refining the quality of our compositions through carefully selected materials and uncompromising attention to their role within a perfume.
Oud from India, Cambodia, Thailand and Indonesia; deer musk and ambrette; ambergris; Taif, Centifolia and Desi roses; jasmine sambac and grandiflorum; Mysore sandalwood; frankincense from Salalah and Puntland; saffron, patchouli, vetiver, osmanthus, camphor, honeysuckle and neroli; each is chosen for the role it plays within a composition.
Natural materials evolve with time and may vary from one batch to another. When a material no longer allows us to preserve the character of a formula, we would rather discontinue the creation than compromise it.
As an independent Maison, we believe price should remain measured in relation to the creation itself: the materials we select, the time devoted to each composition and the artisanal production behind every flacon.
Our pricing is therefore set with the same principle that guides our perfumes: balance. It must allow us to continue sourcing the materials we believe in, create independently and preserve the standards of the Maison, while keeping our perfumes within reach of those who genuinely appreciate them.
Quality is not defined by price alone. For us, it is defined by what we choose, what we refuse to compromise, and what remains in the flacon.
