Shipping Policy

  • We do worldwide shipping from our main store in Dubai to your door. Once an order has been placed, it will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

    You can find the list of available locations in the "Shipping Address" section at the checkout.

  • Our company is a LLC registered in Dubai - United Arab Emirates and operates from our main store located in Dubai Dragon Mart 2. While the national currency is AED (and it is used in our physical store), we have made the choice to set the prices on the website in USD. We have made this decision because we ship daily all over the world, and the USD is easier to understand everywhere. We have added a currency converter on the website to give you an approximation in your currency if needed.

  • All orders are shipped with UPS or DHL. The shipping options will be offered at the checkout based on availabilities.

    A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. All parcels will be assigned a tracking number to ensure customers can stay updated on their shipment’s status.

  • Shipping cost nowadays is quite high, but you never pay the full cost, indeed we pay a part of it. Your part of the payment will appear at the checkout.

    We also provide the following free shipping offers:

    - Free shipping on orders over 99 USD for all the UAE.

    - Free shipping on orders over 299 USD for more than 60 selected countries, including Australia, Bahrain, Canada, European Union, Kuwait, Malaysia, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UK, USA, Singapore, Switzerland and much more (Check eligibility at the checkout).

  • Parcels are shipped from Dubai and there are no custom fees applied to any order within the UAE.

    For all other countries, customers are responsible for any customs charges and taxes. These charges vary by country; for more information regarding your country’s customs policies or charges, please contact us before placing an order.

    These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

    You will not receive a refund if you forget, intentionally leave, or abandon a package at customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the requirements set by customs authorities.

  • All orders are expected to be dispatched quickly within 24 hours from our Main Store in Dubai. There are parcel collections all week except Sunday and National Holidays.

    Delivery times range from 24 hours to 4 days depending on the destination of the country, from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail has been sent.

    Delays may occur due to delays in payment authorizations, customs checks, or unexpected events.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival to ensure they are in good condition and undamaged.

    A package marked as delivered by the shipping company is considered delivered and serves as proof of delivery. In the event that a customer claims not to have received their order despite it being marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping company. From the point of delivery confirmation by the shipping company, the responsibility for the package is transferred from us to the customer. We are not liable for any issues that arise after the package is confirmed by the shipping company as delivered.
