Extraits de Parfum are classified as hazardous materials for international transport and can currently be delivered only within the United Arab Emirates.

Our company is a LLC registered in Dubai - United Arab Emirates and operates from Dubai. We have chosen to set the prices on the website in US$ because we ship daily all over the world, and the US$ is easier to understand everywhere. We have added a currency converter on the website to give you an approximation in your currency if needed.

We use the following companies for deliveries:

Quiqup for UAE orders

Aramex and DHL for GCC orders

DHL, UPS or Aramex for international orders, according to the selection.

The shipping options will be offered at the checkout based on availabilities.

A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. All parcels will be assigned a tracking number to ensure customers can stay updated on their shipment’s status.

Parcels are shipped from Dubai and there are no custom fees applied to any order within the UAE.

International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes upon arrival, determined by your country’s customs authorities. These charges vary by country; for guidance before placing your order, our team remains available to assist.

These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

You will not receive a refund if you forget, intentionally leave, or abandon a package at customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the requirements set by customs authorities.

All orders are expected to be dispatched quickly within 24 hours. There are parcel collections all week except Sunday and National Holidays.

Delivery times usually range from 24 hours to 4 days, depending on the destination, from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail has been sent. If you select Aramex for a country outside the GCC, it may take up to 10 days to arrive.

Delays may occur due to delays in payment authorizations, customs checks, or unexpected events.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival to ensure they are in good condition and undamaged.

A shipment marked as delivered by the carrier will be considered fulfilled and delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery confirmation supplied by the carrier shall serve as proof of delivery.

If you believe a parcel has been marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend contacting the carrier promptly to open an investigation or claim. Maison Anthony Marmin may assist where reasonably possible, but once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient.

Maison Anthony Marmin cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or delivery issues arising after the carrier has recorded the shipment as delivered.
