Shipping Policy

The method and price of shipping will be indicated on the checkout page. Once an order has been placed, it will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Customer purchase protection for all card and PayPal transactions is included.

All orders are expected to be sent within 3 days after purchase. Orders can be dispatched as quickly as 24 hours. Note, if payment is not made in full, dispatch of your orders may be delayed.

All orders will be dispatched from our Main Store in Dubai.

All parcels are shipped via UPS or DHL. A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. Delivery times range from 24 hours to 5 days depending on the destination country. Delays may occur due to the sanitary situation, customs checks, or unexpected events. All parcels will be assigned a tracking number to ensure customers can stay updated on their shipment’s status.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival to ensure they are in good condition and undamaged.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges and taxes. These charges vary by country; for more information regarding your country’s customs policies or charges, please contact us before placing an order. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

You will not receive a refund if you forget, intentionally leave, or abandon a package at customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the requirements set by customs authorities.

Remote Areas

A remote area is defined as a location within your country that is difficult to access due to a lack of services or its isolated nature. An additional fixed charge of 27.50 USD (100AED) is imposed by the shipping company for deliveries to remote areas.

In the event that a customer resides in a remote area, which is a rare case, we may contact you with the following options:

- The customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees to facilitate the delivery of their parcel (proof of the extra charges will be provided).

- The customer will have the option to cancel the order without any fees or penalties.

Package Delivery Status and Responsibility

A package marked as delivered by the shipping company is considered delivered and serves as proof of delivery. In the event that a customer claims not to have received their order despite it being marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping company. From the point of delivery confirmation by the shipping company, the responsibility for the package is transferred from us to the customer. We are not liable for any issues that arise after the package is confirmed by the shipping company as delivered.
