Shipping Policy

  • We do worldwide shipping from our main store in Dubai to your door. Once an order has been placed, it will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

    You can find the list of available locations in the "Shipping Address" section at the checkout.

  • Our company is a LLC registered in Dubai - United Arab Emirates and operates from our main store located in Dubai Dragon Mart 2. While the national currency is AED (and it is used in our physical store), we have chosen to set the prices on the website in USD. We have made this decision because we ship daily all over the world, and the USD is easier to understand everywhere. We have added a currency converter on the website to give you an approximation in your currency if needed.

  • We use the following companies for deliveries:

    Quiqup for UAE orders

    Aramex for GCC orders

    DHL or Aramex for international orders, according to the selection.

    The shipping options will be offered at the checkout based on availabilities.

    A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. All parcels will be assigned a tracking number to ensure customers can stay updated on their shipment’s status.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over 99 USD for the UAE and 299 USD for worldwide. It comes automatically at the checkout.

    We may upgrade the shipping service if we deem it necessary.

  • Parcels are shipped from Dubai and there are no custom fees applied to any order within the UAE.

    For all other countries, customers are responsible for any customs charges and taxes. These charges vary by country; for more information regarding your country’s customs policies or charges, please contact us before placing an order.

    These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

    You will not receive a refund if you forget, intentionally leave, or abandon a package at customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the requirements set by customs authorities.

  • All orders are expected to be dispatched quickly within 24 hours from our Main Store in Dubai. There are parcel collections all week except Sunday and National Holidays.

    Delivery times range from 24 hours to 4 days depending on the destination of the country, from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail has been sent. If you select Aramex for a country outside the GCC, it may take up to 10 days to arrive.

    Delays may occur due to delays in payment authorizations, customs checks, or unexpected events.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival to ensure they are in good condition and undamaged.

    A package marked as delivered by the shipping company is considered delivered and serves as proof of delivery. In the event that a customer claims not to have received their order despite it being marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping company. From the point of delivery confirmation by the shipping company, the responsibility for the package is transferred from us to the customer. We are not liable for any issues that arise after the package is confirmed by the shipping company as delivered.
