Olfactory Notes

▫️ Arabian Bakhoor

▫️▫️ Leather

▫️▫️▫️ Indian Oud

Maison Note

Oud x Bakhoor is built around two pillars of Arabian perfumery: bakhoor and oud.

Arabian bakhoor gives the composition its smoky resinous character, while leather brings weight and texture. Indian oud anchors the base with a deep woody presence.

Inspiration

In the Gulf, bakhoor is part of the ritual of hospitality.

Before guests arrive, fragrant smoke may be passed through the home and over clothing, leaving its trace on abayas, kandoras and fabrics. The scent remains as people gather in the majlis, becoming part of the welcome itself.

Oud x Bakhoor was imagined from this familiar gesture: the aroma of incense carried on fabric and the deeper presence of oud worn close to the skin.

It is a perfume rooted in the way scent accompanies gathering, hospitality and daily life in the Arabian Peninsula.
